What is Biblical Coaching?
Biblical Coaching is when an individual or couple works with a trained professional in the process of spiritual formation towards a specific goal. Working together, the coach helps them to develop a Biblically-based plan to achieve their goal, discover their God-given strengths, and opportunities for growth. They delve into God's Word, pray, and cultivate Christ-like beliefs, behaviors, and skills to make progress toward their goal.
