Erik Bledsoe is the driving force behind Take the Hill Ministries, where he currently serves as President and Founder. His passion is seeing men set free and come alive in Christ, so they can multiply their impact, create legacy, and change the world by becoming the man God called them to be.Ā For 18+ years Erikā€™s been a pastor, coach, counselor, and trusted confidant to musicians, athletes, entrepreneurs, pastors, and men of all types.

With an impressive background as a multi-award-winning artist, songwriter, and speaker, Erik is a graduate of Belmont University and Word of Life Bible Institute. He played a pivotal part in planting and launching multiple churches, ranging in size from 120 to 10,000 people, taking on various leadership roles from worship leader to teaching pastor. As a consultant and coach he regularly works with executive teams in the marketplace as well as church leadership, specializing in messaging, communication, and strategy. His eclectic background enriches his leadership and creates a unique blend of artistic creativity and spiritual insight in his work at Take the Hill.Ā 

Erik and his wife Betsy have been married for 19 years and live in Nashville, TN. They have two incredible children who gladly monopolize their time between the ball field and the dojo. Miggy, their Boston Terrier, rules the roost!
