Our coaches have dedicated your designated time slot just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the coaches day that could’ve been filled by another client. As such, all hourly appointments are considered prepaid in full by the “Next Visit Deposit” at the time they are scheduled.
In the event you cancel your appointment without rescheduling, the deposit will be non-refundable. We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or make changes to your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, please call, leave a voicemail at 615-538-7373, or email [email protected] with at least 24-hours notice.
Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice to reschedule, miss their appointment, or arrive more than 14 minutes late for a 60-minute appointment, or more than 24 minutes late for a 90-minute appointment will result in a full change of the session.
All programs are paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable after the guarantee window has expired. All other cancellation policies apply to programs as well. If, because of cancellation, a program client requires additional weeks to complete the program, those additional sessions will be available for purchase at the coaches hourly rate.
In order to reserve an appointment, all clients must have a valid credit card on file for our cancellation policy and for our office to process payments for services rendered.
