Colin Fagan

BA, MA, MDiv, SDC
Face-to-face and Virtual appointments

Colin has a unique ability to hold space and journey alongside those who find themselves in seasons and conditions of life that cause deep questions of God and existence. Colin’s approach to coaching is informed by his rich experience in Spiritual Direction and Friendship and influenced heavily by the Jesuit tradition. He’s captivated by Jesus sharing so intimately in human life that he would invite us into friendship with himself.

Colin holds both an MA in Conflict Management and a Master of Divinity from Lipscomb University. With over a decade in ministry, he’s served as a university chaplain, ordained vocational deacon, and distinguished counselor. His expertise extends into the nuanced field of theological ethics, with a particular focus on the integration and welfare of adoptees within the Christian community. He is currently editing a book on adoption that he hopes will offer constructive pathways for how the church understands and participates. His commitment to these areas underscores his deep understanding of complex interpersonal dynamics and spiritual well-being.

He was ordained as a vocational deacon in 2020 and is a part of the Diocese of Saint Anthony in the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches. He and his wife, Gretchen, have two kids and live in Thompsons Station, TN.
